Remedial Massage

Remedial massage is outcome-based massage, primarily the application of a specific treatment targeted towards specific problem(s). A thorough assessment/evaluation by a qualified therapist, with specific outcomes being the basis for treatment will take place. This incorporates specialized modalities  such as deep tissue massage, trigger point release, manual lymphatic drainage, fascial release techniques and dry needling. Other complementary therapies may be used such as kinesio taping and vacuum cupping.
